Objectives
- Present BGH Group as a licensed, reliable operator trusted by construction companies and local authorities, not just a small local firm
- Generate booking enquiries from both commercial contractors and domestic customers needing waste clearance
- Support local search visibility across the many towns BGH covers, using dedicated location pages
- Make licensing and compliance credentials clear to reassure commercial clients handling regulated waste
- Provide a simple, fast route to book or request a quote
Challenges
- Grab hire and waste removal is a competitive, price sensitive local market with several established operators in the same towns
- Commercial clients such as contractors and local authorities need proof of licensing and compliance before committing to a new supplier
- Coverage across many towns needed structure so each area could be found in local search without duplicate, thin content
- Domestic customers clearing waste for the first time often do not know the difference between grab hire, muck away and skip services, so unclear terminology risks losing enquiries
- Same day and urgent job requests mean visitors want a fast quote route, not a lengthy form
Solution
We built a location aware WordPress site with dedicated pages for each core town BGH covers, clear service breakdowns for grab hire, muck away and rubbish clearance, and licensing and compliance messaging placed prominently to reassure commercial clients.
What We Did/Process
- Structured dedicated location pages for Bexley, Bromley, Medway, Orpington, Dartford and Sevenoaks to support local search across BGH's coverage area
- Built separate service pages for Grab Hire, Muck Away, Recycled Aggregates, Rubbish Clearance, Roll On Roll Off Hire and Fly Tipping Clearance
- Added licensing and compliance messaging to reassure commercial and local authority clients
- Wrote plain language explanations of grab hire versus muck away versus rubbish clearance to help first time domestic customers choose confidently
- Set up a fast booking and quote route for urgent, same day requests

Customer Feedback
Read Verified Client Reviews Before You Decide
“As a contractor you can’t risk using someone who isn’t properly licensed, it comes back on you. Their site made all that clear straight away, so we didn’t have to chase for proof before we’d even book a job. Made choosing them a lot easier than the other quotes we got.”
